Our Airport Jump Start Process

We arrive, connect our commercial jump pack to your battery, and attempt to start the vehicle. If the engine starts, we test the battery and charging system with diagnostic equipment. This shows whether the battery holds charge normally, or whether it has degraded and will go flat again on the next long park.

If the battery is at end of life, we can fit a replacement in the airport car park on the spot. We carry AGM, EFB, and standard lead-acid batteries for common car makes. We also handle battery coding for vehicles that need it. BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and Volkswagen Group cars typically need the new battery registered with the vehicle's ECU.

Before You Travel

If you have a holiday coming up, a battery health check before you go can prevent the flat battery problem entirely. We test your battery voltage and charge condition and tell you whether it is likely to cause problems after a period of standing. A new battery fitted before travel costs less than the hassle of an airport call out when you get back.
